This home contained siding from the early 1950’s, we have brought it up to date with a modern yet traditional feel, by utilizing natural stone and stucco facade. The porch was originally a wood base with a concrete slab underneath. We removed all existing porch materials, and rebuilt using natural flagstone extending the seating area aswell as adding decorative columns in the same finish as the exterior home. We replaced the windows that needed to be changed and kept the white exterior finish, so that it would flow cohesively, as well as replaced fascia to match. The drive way was completed with a solider course design, in the same pavers used for the walkway. Asphalt has been repaved and sealed. Additionally we have added exterior potlights, and new exterior lanterns by Murray Feiss. The exterior details have enriched and also increased the value of this bungalow.
